Puerto Aventuras is a private gated-community nestled in the Maya Riviera, 15 minutes south of Playa del Carmen. The community is home to a downtown island and a dolphinium and many wonderful restaurants. Remember to explore Puerto Aventuras and Playacar for more exciting experiences.

My family stayed here during Christmas 2025. We loved the location and the accommodations. The condo was very modern, clean, spacious, and comfotable. An elevator in the building made things easier. We enjoyed breakfast in the condo and tried out many of the restaurants near by and they were all amazing! We enjoyed use of the private pool and the beach that was a 10-15 minute walk. Would definitely recommend renting a golf cart to get around quicker but our family enjoyed the walks. We will definitely book again!
If you are looking for a place that is the sweet spot between independent traveling and all inclusive, THIS IS IT! My family had plenty of privacy and comfort in our condo, at the same time we were very close to everything that we needed. Restaurants, shops, water sports tours (diving, snorkeling, fishing ect). It was very easy for us to book tours that took us outside of the community, to the pyramids, the cenotes, Cozumel and offroading in the jungle. We were very comfortable as a family of 4 and felt very safe. I recommend to rent a golf cart to use inside the community if you do not rent a car. We look forward to visiting again soon.
My husband and I stayed here in Puerta Adventures in March of 2025. We cannot say enough about our beautiful accommodations. The rooms were all spacious with comfortable beds, pillows and blankets. We were very impressed with the living area and the perfect view of the pool and Marina that our condo had. Very clean, updated and comfortable. We tried many of the different restaurants and enjoyed all of them, however our favorite nights were cooking in the condo and eating on the deck. 10/10 we will be staying here again and bringing our friends.
